Fill in your core profile so SummiQ can personalize your training.
SummiQ uses Mistral AI to generate personalised coaching, workout analyses, daily briefings and training plans. Relevant information from your athlete profile, goals, workouts, health measurements, connected services (including Garmin when connected), and coach conversations may be sent to Mistral AI for these purposes.
This is optional. You can use features that do not require AI without consenting. Withdraw consent at any time in Athlete Profile → AI & data consent. Withdrawal stops new AI processing; it does not undo processing already completed or automatically delete your saved data.
